Main Responsibilities

• Working in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company.

• Design, implement, and manage the origination’s cloud infrastructure and architecture.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment of applications.

• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the availability and performance of cloud resources.

• Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.

• Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.

• Troubleshot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues in a timely manner.

• Building and designing web services in the cloud, along with implementing the set-up of geographically redundant services.

• Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company.

• Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.

Education/Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.

• Experience in Cloud Migration and Multi-cloud deployment.

• Experience in Cloud Security and Disaster Recovery.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Hand-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, ELK stack or similar.

• Experience in Cloud Cost Optimization and Vision to future cloud expenses.

• Experience in Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• String communication and collaboration abilities.
