Main Responsibilities
Document Handling Ensure that all documents get handled Properly-no document losses.
On Time Processing Ensure that all visas are processed on-time
Achieve Turnover Tours International KPI is based on turnover increase of the International Tour department.
Making bus, car, hotel, flight reservations for individual traveler and corporate company
Assisting to MICE, Inbound & Outbound Managers
Translating English Itinerary to Myanmar Itinerary
Preparing for UNICEF proposals
Making operations for UNICEF events
Replying inquiry coming from marketing team’s Facebook, online platform
Education/Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Travel and Tour Operation.
Able to prioritize, manage time and work to deadlines.
Excellent command of English skills in writing, listening & reading
Flexible and a positive outlook
Problem-solving
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
High standards of customer service and good communication skills
Being responsible, proactive and able to work in teams.
Outgoing personality, energetic and willing to work hard.
Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
