Main Responsibilities

  • Arrange tour itineraries for individual travelers & groups.

  • Customized tour packages are required to do according to customers’ request.

  • To arrange private car renting, hotel reservations, flight reservations & bus tickets

  • Assisting to Tour Managers (Inbound & Outbound)

  • Translating Tour itineraries from English to Myanmar/ from Myanmar to English

  • Immediate response to all inquiries (online & offline)

  • Daily report/ Weekly report & Monthly report to Tour Manager


Education/Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Travel and Tour Operation.

  • Able to prioritize, manage time and work to deadlines.

  • Excellent command of English skills in writing, listening & reading

  • Flexible and a positive outlook

  • Problem-solving

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

  • High standards of customer service and good communication skills

  • Being responsible, proactive and able to work in teams.

  • Outgoing personality, energetic and willing to work hard.

  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
